Our Mission
Our mission is to promote equal access to the court system and to encourage full expression of victims' rights by providing sensitive support, objective information, direct assistance, and referral to appropriate services for primary and secondary victims of crime in Mille Lacs County.

If you are a victim, there may be a no-contact order in place with the defendant. You may also be eligible for financial restitution or reparations.

The Victim Impact Statement is a description that a victim provides to the court (in their own words) that tells exactly how their life has been affected and/or changed as a result of a crime.
